Pear, Walnut, and Ricotta Crostini




A simple and easy recipe for you to try for your next 
dinner party or a quiet night in.

Baguette (sliced and slightly toasted)
Ricotta cheese
Thinly sliced pear
Walnuts
A drizzle of honey 
Coarse sea salt

Looks delish, quick and easy.
Try adding a layer of Fig spread first or a balsamic syrup drizzle at the end. I usually make this type of thing with chaumes cheese but thanks for the recipe will try the ricotta. Thanks for sharing.
