The last few weeks were filled with lots of fun.
A few favorite moments...
I love setting the table for a dinner party. This was for a special 80th birthday celebration!
I love trying new recipes. I made crepes. Not sure why I had never made them at home before, but really kind of easy. Now I am excited to make them again soon.
A candlelight dinner with my favorite Tony Duquette quartz candle holders
The Westies were exhausted by their holiday indulgences.

Love everything, especially the plates.
Love the babies!! Mary
Everything is lovely - especially the Westies. I hope the dinner was a success - how could it not be with that table and those crepes?! I once made 200 crepes in a row at a cooking class...you turn them with your fingers, which are numb after a while with the heat!

Happy New Year! Would love to see a close-up of those plates.

Beautiful table & love crepes! Happy Weekend.
Everything's beautiful, including the Westies!
Grant,
It's all good isn't it. The great thing about a new year is trying new things and it appears that you are off to a great start. Happy new year happy new you!

Laughed when I read your post. I learned to make crepes from a great chef. He insisted that the first crepe always be thrown away, as a sacrifice to the "crepe gods," to ensure that the rest would turn out.
I love dogs, I have Westies also race a race I think the most intimate and homey.
Grant the table is beautiful and the light cast by the quartz candleholders is divine!
All the Best!
